That would be wonderful! I'd love to have a story or snippet of mine published some day. I think a lot of people dream that. At least for me, my words wouldn't be the kind to "hit home", if you know what I mean. I write like I'm having a conversation with or writing a letter to someone. It leads the work to look dumbed down, but I like it anyways. :)
Do you ever post anything you've written or is that on your other blog? I'd love to read something!
The form of writing you say your’s is intrigues me. I think better prose is written with a very human quality to it. It would be good to read some of your stuff!
I don’t generally share my writing that’s for school (my manuscript/thesis stuff) but my blog (http:/teachingthomas.net) does have writing of mine. It’s a different format, but the voice is mine. I’d be honored/flattered to hear your take on any of what you read/see/hear there! (and, drop a comment)

So are you teaching along with writing? Or have you taken a break from teaching to focus on writing?
I’m a certified teacher without a classroom. In the meantime, I’ve gone to earn my MFA in Creative Writing. The goal is to be better qualified against other applicants, and hopefully write something publishable.

Moving Forward
I’m going to move forward. Pages, written and figurative, exist to be turned. It is up to me to be brave enough to turn them, and keep up my hope and positivity.
